The evaporator and expansion valve is located on the front passenger side behind the HVAC box.
1. Take the glove box out and the side cover panel.
2. Then take a #22 wrench and loosen the ac hose. Then a #24 wrench to loosen the second ac hose.
3. Push it away and with a torx screwdriver, loosen the torx screws holding the cover for the expansion valve. There are 4 of them.
4. Take the cover off and slide the evaporator out.
5. Slide in the new one and put everything back together and enjoy your AC this summer.
