325i sedan auto to manual conversion, PLEASE HELP!!

Hello guys, so I recently bought a 1987 325i sedan with m20 and a automatic transmission. I'm getting ready to buy all the parts needed. I'm having some trouble with getting a drive shaft. My question is, is there a difference in length of a drive shaft from the coupe to sedan? Can I get a drive shaft off a coupe and install it in the sedan?

Coupe and sedan use same driveshaft.

Automatic and manual transmission cars of the same chassis DO NOT have the same length drive shaft, due to the difference in length of the two transmissions.

In other words, you need a manual e30 driveshaft.

Why did you post this in the tuning sub forum?
