Miller maf Gen 2 Vs. 3

Is there are big difference between Gen 2 vs. Gen 3 for the M20 motor? As far as I've heard gen 3 has reduced signal noise to compensate for poor drivability on s14, but idk if that is significant for m20s. My m20 is stock, not boosted. Will be putting headers/ injectors but nothing more than that.
I have a great deal for the gen 2 is why I'm asking.
