I'll sell you drugs if you want...
I know you like your things clean.... but if you want to upgrade your exhaust why not do it... even though you have a factory system... I'm sure your cat is going to go sooner or later.... run a high flow cat (like my ETA) or another muffler (like my whitey) and then run a muffler of choice...
I think the E36 M3 exhaust is a nice idea... I don't think it's worth the hassle of fabbing something up....

It's also a shame the camera guy only got that run (my 1st, practice run), by the end of the day I was going a lot faster and getting a lot more sideways in parts (usually for a better line in the tight stuff, sometimes for fun!).
