plus, later euro cars did have cats, with the 8.8:1 CR M20s, rather than early 9.7:1 CR m20s. and they only made 2hp less..

Yeah, I love the search function! My entire cat section is utterly toast thanks to Wisconsin winters and this looks like an ideal substitute.
