I run 15psi now (350whp on a cracked mani) and have yet to break anything. Although my build is no where near as extensive as yours. I'm just a 0.140" mls on a stock M50 NV.

the 245s lose traction if I floor it in just about any gear. :-D
I am guessing right now I am at 320 maybe. your tire gear ratio is smaller than mine (shorter gearing slightly) My engine is a stock 2.8 NV with gasket and head studs

I hear ya... yeah, I have the timing conservative, and the fueling a tad rich. What rear gear do you have? What size 245 17 or 18? I am running 2.93 with 18's! It doesn't scare me so much as much as I am wondering if something is gonna break LOL

got an ETA of when the tune will be done?

I need to loop the damn sensors off and well yeah... had to steal the good ABS sensors off of this car and put on my other m50 car (daily) And the ones that I got came from the junkyard. One is good I am sure... the other maybe not so much. Brakes on the car (sans ABS working) are insane! Almost too powerful! No real ETA on the final tune. Trying to locate a boost solenoid or an N75 valve for the ECU to control boost to up it as of now. Not into manual boost control. Right now I need to focus on the bodywork, and getting other work in the shop done to pay the bills!

Kevin. make sure you guys have some kind of video setup on it when you go to Mid-Ohio.

Yeah Dave I am sure we will somehow.

Here are the recent videos and a pic from yesterday showing the engine as it looks now basically all complete!

It is an M52 2.8 stock, ARP head studs .140 HG. m50NV head (I know right cheap setup that'll probably grenade)

For an update... IT RUNS... and well kinda DRIVES! I have to rework the intake plenum BOV location slightly so that it clears the hood... so no hood for at least today. But here are some pics to catch up this thread.

Thanks! Don't be jealous of my budget... I'm broke! I have been planning and organizing, parts collecting for 3 years! The fab skills... I appreciate the compliment but it is what I do for a living. That is why I am doing this car to show this fact off ;)

    Started working on the wiring...

My m20-m50 custom adapter I made:

And how I accomplished the coil pack/injector harness:
