I have never heard of one have that much creep. There has to be something else causing it.
If your running a large turbo and down pipe with no muffler that can be the cause.
I have over 100 of these sold worldwide, I've had customers say max 3 psi creep with a free flowing exhaust.
What is your setup ? Turbo size and exhaust, any pics if your waste gate tie in?
I want to help you with your setup.
Need a Turbo manifold? We have them in stock- Click here---> http://rapidspoolindustries.com/

Blunt tech/goodNtight turbo manifolds good ?

PT 6262 .82ar and 3in stainless straight to vibrant muffler.

The manifold is getting modified at the moment and will let you know the result after. Hopefully picking up the car in a few days.

Also I'm being told by my tuner he has seen this happen with your manifold on separate occasions other than my case.

i guess it not a question of where is more a quwstion of how, on a 6-1 collector the best way to get a 'best' flow with a 90* positioning is creating a 'teardrop' wastegate port.

        teardrop:

still 90* but with better flow using the angled entry.

Can you detail how the WG enters back into the 3" pipe? Or is it a screamer?

Also if this helps I had a really bad wastegate placement on
am m20 manifold that crept bad at high rpms.

What I did was raise timing. I just get into tuning but it was low at *17 and put
it where it should of been around *21 and it got rid of creep. hope that helps.

                  If I was m50 I'd pick one up but I have a m20.

I too am having boost control issues. im running a 7 pound spring and it was hitting 25psi before we shut it down. tried everything and nothing worked so I took the wastegate completely off the manifold and I was still hitting my boost cut. right now I have the manifold off the motor hacking it up and trying to fit a second wastegate. not real happy with the design. my setup is- m52, g&t mani, turbosmart 45 gate, pt 5252s with 11blade billet wheel, vipec ecu, id 1000cc inj, 3in exhaust with magnaflow muffler.
