For your needs a 38mm will do the job. But it wouldn't matter if you go bigger. It's when your pushing serious horsepower that going for a larger external gate is crucial.
okay so far I've got waste gate, inter cooler, turbo, exhaust, injectors and tune down.
now someone told me i need a fuelpres regulator and a fmu? and now I'm lost again..
You shouldn't really need to mess with your FPR (fuel pressure regulator) and if you go with Miller for the tune, you don't the the FMU (fuel management unit) which is a raising rate Fuel Pressure Regulator

so i don't need any sort of fuel management, the miller chip will be able to control that?
and does anyone have a picture or a diagram of where all the vacuum lines and the oil feed/return lines go?
i have been reading all of them, i just haven't seen anything about the oil feed/return.
I'll find something
Two spots to tap into for oil feed, Oil presure senser. Right side of the motor in front of the motor mount.
Next spot would be drill and tap the oil filter housing bolt.
Drain back:
Hard: Pull pan and have pung welded on.
Simple and low buget: buy 3/4"x14 pipe tape, then (homedepot) get a 5/8"barb x 1/2" mip fitting.
Drill hole, run the tap, thread fitting and jb weld last threads...Done
thank you
I'm getting all my maintenance work done right now, replaced the timing belt, water pump, cap and rotor, fan clutch, and took out all the A/C components
should i be getting colder plugs?
It's a good idea to change to colder plugs but instead writing an essay on spark plugs I can link you one that someone already wrote, and he also talks about every single thing about how to turbocharge your m20. This will guide you heaps;
