playing around with a proken speedo set, and i figures out a very EASY way to set the odometer to whatever u want, anyone interested?

Actually I am. My speedo is out by 9kmh so annoying. Maybe it'll change with the diff swap I'm doing this week. I got it off my friend and his speedo was fine with this new diff I got from him. Nevertheless I would still like to know incase it doesn't work

You hook up a drill to it and go to town to set the odometer to whatever you want. The really cool thing about it is...it's illegal in all 50 states to do so

I had a friend who bought a car with the miles wound back without knowing and it stopped where it was originally was and the previous owner got in big trouble by the cops

sucksfor him, i swapped out a motor and them the odm stopped working so i got another one and just set the miles to it, noting wrong with that

i also set one of my cars back to 0 when i fixed it and reported it to the dmv never got in trouble
