I learned most of what I know from Jordan as well.

I sent him a couple PM's and he always got back to me with a quickness.

As far as the FPR goes, is it an RRFPR?

You won't need a full 3" exhaust system for 7psi but a 3" DP will help out a lot. And as far as your goals I take it you mean 320 crank. I sell oil feed blocks that are very similar to the TRM units. Mine are cad plated mild steel so they are half the price. I'd look in to a used PNP megasquirt unit if your car is NV. They can be had for pretty cheap or you could always build one yourself. That will eliminate the maf and aftermarket fpr. But I'm sure the general concensus will be to buy a TRM tune.

Im far more concerned with getting a running and reliable setup then getting a certain number.

Then you should be good on the valance.
Kinda hard to forget you got a spal low profile.

Check out bimmerforums for the begi.
On the m30 m20 you can run the begi, put in some 24# injectors and be good for under 10psi.
            Cheap and reliable.

Swap was done by PO (Although Ive had the motor out several times)

Hopefully I can go that route.

There is no chip turbo tune for the NV engine. I would look into megasquirt for tuning.

The guy who I bought most of the parts from was using mechanical tuning and low boost. Is doing thats THAT bad? How hard is it to wire up megasquirt?
                  Thanks

Okay can someone confirm this tuning plan.

                    RRFPR
                    24lbs Injectors
                    Stock MAF
                    Wideband
                    Wastegate with 7psi spring

                    Should that be OK?

                      On my m20 I have:

                      RRFPR
30lb injectors. 24lb's are pretty small.
                      Stock AFM
                      Wideband LC-1
Wastegate with ~8lb spring (I have a boost controller)

Thanks man. Could you go into more detail on the install and tuning? What kind of numbers are you putting down?

Thoughts on tuning with WAR chip?

With out a tune your basically leaving the fate of your engine up to the effectiveness of the factory knock sensor. A war chip will allow you to pull a few degrees of timing yourself and make adjustments for the larger injectors. You can probably find some general m50 base maps on e30tech.
