You really needed to do this homework prior..

But you can still do things right since nothing is blown up yet lol

You should o ring the block but you don't need to. A proper tune with arp bolts and even a stock head gasket will work... But there's a huge Emphasis on having the right tune.

Your going to need an exhaust.... 3" perefebly.

Your going to need to do something for management, look at Megasquirts stuff. Make some phone calls go on e30tech and look at some builds and diy's

I've completed more than 1 year putting things together correctly although the engine is in and o-ringed and everything ..

Be patient, READ and LEARN what are you doing, don't waste your time and mind asking silly questions, do it right (perfect) or stay away of turbos

I am guessing this car isn't your DD...so a few more weeks/months to do it right should be worth it.

I have commented in a few of your other threads. You NEED tuning. You have to have a nice tune. Get megasquirt. PM "whodwho" here on r3v and get talking to him. He has a very nice PNP system that you can use.

yes, listen to these people. Also, if you don't already have a wideband, get the AEM UEGO NOT the Innovate LC-1. For injectors, 500cc might be a bit small - 60lb/hr injector would better fit your HP goals.

You can play with the calculator here. Fuel pressure is 3.5 bar/52 psi

                1985 325 - M50NV - Getrag 250 - 2.79 LSD - MS2/e -LC-1 - 750cc injectors - Blunttech Manifold - HX35 - AEM UEGO
                1991 318i - M50NV - Getrag 240 - 4.10 open - e36 rack - Smileys - 55w 5000k HIDs

I believe blueapplesoda builds megasquirts as well.

Catch can runs from crankcase vent to intake. google.

A tune is the most important part. Theres a guy on e30tech thats hitting over 400hp/tq on a bone stock m20 with 20 or so psi. and take it to a pro for the tune. Ive been holding myself from turning the boost up and attempting to tune myself but i know id fuck something up. fuck patience.. but its worth not breaking something

LC-1 wideband will be just fine - I've had no issues with mine for a year plus. Get the one you like more. They are both great.

You need to PM whodwho before you get MS. He is the one who will sell it to you. Blueapplesoda also sells PNP MS.

Don't get an LC-1 unless you love replacing widebands

For all those people who find it more convenient to bother you with their question rather than to Google it for themselves.

an oil catch can is basically a can that has lines fed from the valve cover,(bungs/ niples w/e u call it welded in it) to it, when boosting the oil pressure rises and some goes to the can, (that allows pressure under boost to escape your motor and the oil goes into the catch can and then drains back into the block via the line going to the block) os sandwich adapter.
