Fuel Grade vs. PSI --- EDIT : E85 Fuel System

Hey guys, up here in Edmonton we don't have any E85 or race fuel, best we have is 94 octane. What kind of boost levels could I run with a properly tuned MS PNP and 76lb injectors running twin fuel pumps? I want to go up into the 25+ range but don't want any detonation. Will 94 be good enough? Thanks!

Edit: So there's actually a VP Racing in Calgary that sells their "C85", aka E85 that I could get in 54 gallon drums. If I did go this route, I was thinking of upgrading to the 416lph Walbro pump and 2200cc ID injectors. Will those injectors be overkill for 600whp or could I get away with 1000cc? Also, as far as fuel economy, can I expect about 13-14 mpg? I'm getting almost 20 right now. Thanks!

If you arent comfortable running 94 with that much boost then go meth/water. "properly tuned" are the key words here. Why twin fuel pumps?

Lotta horsepower is why ;) This isn't set up yet but looking at flow charts for the fuel pumps the twin setup can support over 700hp

The amount of psi you can run with 94 octane is a broad question. It really depends on quite a few factors. Compression ratio, what size turbo, what type of manifold and exhaust size, cams, intercooler etc... and of course how well you can tune it.
What engine are we talking about?
Need a Turbo manifold? We have them in stock- Click here---> http://rapidspoolindustries.com/

8.5:1 compression, Holset HX40, twin scroll tubular manifold with twin wastegates, VAC turbo camshaft, Garrett intercooler. I won't be tuning it, a professional tuner will.

I wish we had 94 on the east coast... Hell, I'd be happy with 93.

              What motor? M20B2? / M50?

              What ems?

What you've mentioned + meth/water should be enough to run +25 psi with a proper tune

I've run 18-19 psi on 8.5:1 m20b25, with 91 plain. Took some retard to get it run to right though ;)

Meth/Water Injection is also a good idea. Could make just as much power with less psi, or more with the same amount.
