+1 and if you start trying to leaning out the lower VE bins on decel it messes with your free rev AFRs

It does have it under extended > overrun fuel cut

At light throttle, no. Do the engine buck, snort or hesitate?
Basically, the problems with lean mixture relate to either detonation or exhaust temperature. Detonation can be detected immediately (assuming you have the equipment). Just a blink to a lean mixture does not give exhaust temperature enough time to damage anything (you probably couldn't even detect that on an EGT probe, if you were running one).

Sounds fine... as long as the engine has enough torque and is responsive to throttle inputs, that's fine.

Twin charging is a turbo and a supercharger on the same motor.

Brodeo.... my god. I am in. Thanks for the heads up on my springtime goals.
There is also a springtime meeting literally this weekend. Cant make it but now I know to check. Thanks!

MS does seem expensive... but my god the plug and play is so worth it. I probably spent 300-400 my first time around buying a used one and splicing everything into a relay board to make it work. You know, just in case I ever wanted to go back?

I then spent probably $10,000 in hours trying to figure out what the hell I had soldered wrong, or what connection was loose, or why 1/2 my injectors were just open 100% of the time spraying fuel onto my turbo and melting my cat (cracked relay board, heh).

It was a great learning experience sure, but once you call Keith you never want to go back.

Is "twin-charging" anything like "night crawlers"? If so then yes.

That's funny that MS was almost half your cost.

We should do a e30 campout in the mountains or at a lake or something this summer. That will give me motivation to finally slap the charger on mine.

Congrats on everything working- and also votes for some video/pics asap.
Dude, keep an eye on the Southeast sub forum. Have you been to a Brodeo? It's a big camping trip/fast driving weekend for e30 owners here in the southeast. The spring one is in May. I'll be going. You should definitely go.
