After looking at this kit and reading some about the manifold and it's construction... would getting it ceramic coated help with the problems with it cracking?

No much. The metal is thin. People will add extra support to the turbo on other SSAC kits I have seen. This will help reduce the cracking, becausethe headers are no longer supporting the weight.

Getting it ceramic coated on the outside will make it crack sooner. Getting it coated on the inside will help keep it from cracking for a little while.

99.99% of the ebay tubular manifolds are shite.

If you are going to tune by raising fuel pressure, you can leave the stock injectors in (not recommended).

If you want bigger injectors, you will have to tune the ECM for them to be able to idle. You can use a standaloe/piggyback ECM that can do all the engine management, or just control the injectors (MegaSquirt can do both of these functions).

I would also suggest you use a WBo2 sensor for more accurate AFR's, I detonated my Firebird at 7PSI, and it sounded like a cannon going off, causing a failed ro bearing (crushed it like a penny under a train). Lesson learned: Tune, Tune, Tune, and when you think you got it, tune some more. Whatever you do, don't lean out. Try to stay @ 12.5AFR's under boost.

Ok so its going to be 30 lbs injectors low impedance stock ECU running only 8-10 lbs boost.. Vortech FPR 12:1 , Warlbro fuelpump255/ NGK 3923 BPR8ES spark plugs
Stock ECU run AFM in front of the turbo with the stock hose.
