            Ricer!

Plus, no body likes a ricer, except for other ricers.

I must disagree with you on the Ricer comment, Graphics do not make a car a Ricer! Ricers try to appear fast, adding all kinds of loud, flashy gadgets, ground effects, and loud mufflers but are lacking true performance.

Yes, my car has graphics, because I like them. I have a wing because it is functional, I have fairly quiet exhaust, stock wheels and plenty of true performance. My car is not an economy car pretending to be a race car, it is a fast, high performance German car, built to be driven vigorously! Any of you trying to be self righteous and claim that you do not drive with enthusiasm, possibly never race outside sanctioned events, and never ever exceed the posted speed limits then why are you reading a thread about supercharging a 325IS.

Are you only looking for an argument. I enjoy my car and drive carefully and responsible. Yes, I do on occasion race another car but I live in a rural county with less than 15,000 residents! It is not a problem to find a place with practically no traffic. It is not like I am racing on crowded city streets, pulling "Fast and Furious" stunts.

I have been driving for over twenty six years legally on the road and have only had one accident involving another vehicle, I also have only received two speeding tickets over the span of those twenty six years. So it is not like I am a foolish kid.

I respect your opinion and you are welcome to it, but your opinion does not give you the right to write a diatribe to someone you do not even yet know! If you question someones choice ask them why before you tear them to pieces.

I have received a lot of great help from this and other BMW Forums, but you have some of the snobbiest, judgmental people who ARE BMW owners. I actually came to this forum because it seemed to be more performance friendly, but it looks like I was mistaken!

We better all remove our Turbos and Superchargers, because we surely don't use them to drive at high speed outside of sanctioned events! :hitler:

It's cool to hear your that close, but I do not want to sell, but thank you for asking. These are great cars, I have only ever owned one car as enjoyable and that was a 1977 Datsun 280Z in 1986

I am 40, I traded for the Hyundai as it appears and am working to finish whats was not completed by some young men. I then plan to resell it, back to some more kids, who want a ricer. I only have $600 in it! It is not a keeper, but it does get 35 MPG! I rides like a wagon and will make you deaf, but I don't plan to keep it long term!

But yes, I did put the graphics and the wing on the BMW! I have future plans that will include a more subtle look, but that is after i finish the current project of the supercharger. :-)

How did you test that the rear wing is working at 80mph+ ?

"The wing is actually functional, it provides a good bit of down force over eighty miles an hour."

I exceeded the speed limit on several occasions, adjusting the wing after each run. The rear of the car visible sinks lower at around 82 MPH. You can actually see the change of angle in the rear view mirror.

The wing is bolted in to the frame of the trunk lid, the pressure form the wing is causing wear marks, where the trunk meets the rear of the body above the latch and tail lights, the trunk lid now has a permanent bow in it and the frame from the wind resistance. In the future, I hope to build a frame/cage in the trunk and mount the wing to it, making more effective use of the down force.

so i was looking where to put the m90 and it seems alot easier to place it where the AC is because then the dipstick doesn't need to be moved.
