but here goes. What would be wrong with plumbing a turbo in line with the oilcooler setup instead of tapping the pan for a return line? Couldn't you just feed the turbo from the filter housing then through the cooler and back into the block?

well there is an oil thermostat that is in the oil filter housing that control flow through the oil cooler, so until that opens there would be no oil flow through the turbo. also, the turbo drain wants no pressure so that oil will not back up into the turbo and be burned. if you took the oil from the turbo feed and added it to the oil cooler line there would probably be too much pressure.
It really isnt that hard to take the pan off and drill it. It makes all the plumbing easy too. If you use a 666 manifold adaptor than you can use your stock oil filter housing. Ebay manifold require a relocation kit and an aftermarket cooler.

I just read a portion of your "turbo build" thread and there is no way in hell I'm listening to anything you say involving...well anything really.
