    If you think it's not getting fuel,
    give it a healthy shot of starting fluid.

    If you get some combustion from that, you're
    on the right track.

    THEN you get to start metering around to make
    sure your injector rail has power, etc.

    But starter fluid's a surefire disgnostic.
    Don't use it more than you have to.

      Update: It was the idle control valve. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go die a little inside. Thanks for everyone's help.
