ARP Head Stud Torque Value

I recently ordered an ARP head stud kit from Ireland engineering which specifies that their kit is different from the off the shelf M20 ARP kit and specify “62 ft/lb with ARP moly lube” as well as “consult the ARP instructions for complete info”

When I go to the ARP’s website they list “70 ft/lb with ARP ultra-torque fastener assembly lubricant” I also contacted ARP and they said both kits use ARP2000 bolts.

What torque spec do you guys go to? would it depends on the lubricant used?

if it says 201-4305 on the box follow ARP instructions with their lube

goto 10mm, 70 is for ARP2000 and 62 is for 8740 CroMo if its ARP2000 use 70 it probably says on the bolt the material? i cant remember might only be for rod bolts

FYI 62 is going to be fine to, just remember to retorque periodically

I checked and the head studs I have here say arp 2000 on the hex drive end

I already torqued mine to 70 ft/lbs I don't recall them saying "arp 2000" just "ARP". Ireland engineering states that they are ARP 2000 on their website, so hopefully I should be fine.
