Yeah it seems like traffic laws aren't enforced at all in philly except for the the red light and speed cameras that are popping up everywhere. You're right about the track too. This summer was the first time I started taking my car to the track and it has really calmed me down on the street. I wasn't really a Jo driver before but I used to go looking for twisty roads to have fun on. Now that I've experienced the track there is nothing on the road that compares. I find myself just cruising on the road and dreaming of the next track day.
