M20 rocker arm shaft end cap MATEL

    Hey crew,

I am currently replacing a couple of rocker arms and the rocker arm shaft on my M20. The shaft came with no metal end caps so I ordered some (11331266400), number 5 on the diagram. My problem is the caps are too skinny. The shaft end hole is 12mm and the caps I got are 10mm, also the shaft end is threaded. So my questions are:

    - Did I get the wrong part? if so does anyone know which one I need
    - Is there a procedure that involves some sort of sealant that fills in the gap of 2mm for these plugs?

I am assuming I have the wrong parts but the part number I got is the only option I can find. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, so I assumed that one was different because my stock one is flat on the outside. I supposed if I put some actual thought into it, it wouldn't matter. The cap is only there to keep oil inside the shaft. the plug being flat or have a allen keyhole wouldn't matter. I appreciate you!

You you need the threaded plugs with the hex drive to screw it in

exactly. Yes they are $5 each for whoever unknown reason but $20 will be well spent, trust me. The part number I listed is made for your rocker shaft
