sounds a lot like redbull, you should pour some of that in your gas tank, it'll give it wings!

just did this a few days ago on a 85 mr2. 1/3 in the gas tank and 1/3 in the intake by using the brake booster hose, let it sit for 10 mins then cranked it and rev'd about 4,000 rpms for around 5 mins. After that took a nice 3 mile ride on the freeway. Nomore smoke when we got back and the car felt better than b4. No rough idle, smooth rpm band , and great sound. Still have yet to try with with the oil. I think it works well for $10

i've been meaning to try this stuff maybe by the time i need to do my next oil change...

but there are varying methods which concerns me. some say just intake and gas, others say oil and gas and finally all 3.

can someone who has done this several times or even a shop worker clarify for me, and why i should do the method they're prescribing thanks

intake, cleans caked on carbon deposits in your intake manifold and whatever else i dont remember

gas tank, it cleans your fuel system

oil, it frees sticky lifters and such, but do it before an oil change since it'll thin out your oil

a little question for the canadiens here, so i have no access to seafoam here, i tried a few local parts suppliers and what not.. they all say they know about it, but don't carry it, and when i checked with a local bmw mechanic he recommended i didn't do it.. don't know why, but i was wondering is there a way i could get some? I work at C/T., and we carry a lot of engine restore kits, is there one that is relabeled seafoam?

Is the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line shown in the second post the proper line to use for seafoam? Also, do you need to remove or disconnect the o2 sensor? Thanks.
