Dan Pinder? what problem did he had? he seems to like to learn things the hard way. only problem I know is his motor blew due to an unexpected lean condition at 20psi.

Ya but that lean condition cracked his block I believe and caused it to hydrolock. He had a stock block thickness, I will have 2mm less.

I know it was caused by a lean condition, Im going to have my megasquirt checked out before I start tuning on this turbo setup.

that was a pretty catastrophic failure, the thickness of the block wasn't going to make any difference. He was also running a really high pressure ratio and pushing his turbo to the limits (that means high exhaust pressure too).
