Tuning without a dyno...can it be done?

        you can do just as much with 2nd and 3rd. 3rd gear WOT isn't so bad, it's not so far over the speed limit (~90mph) that I can do it on an on-ramp and not really have to worry about anything. I rarely use WOT in 4th gear on the street anyway, it's too fast (94-100something mph).

        and of course, datalogging. duh. :p
