I am new to the e30 scene. I just recently purchased a motor from a guy on this forum and i took it to my college where i am taking an engine machining class. After i disassembled the motor i find a hole in one of the pistons. So now i have a chance to go what ever direction i want. I have a complete 87 2.7L eta motor and i wanted to know if there would be any benefit to running i pistons. I wont be able to afford the i head anytime soon. I am also considering doing super eta pistons or just stock ones. Also would there be any benifit to running seta pistons in my otherwise stock eta? any suggestion?
