BAD miss after replacing intake gaskets

So my intake gaskets were junk and leaking so i pulled the manifold and everything else that needed to come off to get to it and put new gaskets on and when i started it up it had a really bad miss. It never missed like this before untill now so what would casue this? I didn't pull the fuel rail or any injectures i just pulled the manifold back i few inches just enough for new gaskets.
    Thanks, Stevan

check the oil drain tube, if its displaced, there wil be a huge vacuum leak, and the car will run like shit

ok then it must be the oil drain tube because it was a really hard to get in place and i had to use my own o-rings because the old one were junk. SO what the trip to get in to seat in the right spot?
        Thanks, Stevan

O-rings at both ends and a plate to let the spring put pressure on the bottom and top evenly. The intake shouldn't have enough space to allow the tube in without being unbolted.

ok well that was the problem i messed with it and got it into place and rund so much better and no miss but no it feels like its really slow responce. If i hit the gas quick it just sputters then picks up I cant hear any more air leaking anywhere but could it be an O2 senser?
But thanks so much for the help so far!!!
            Thanks, Stevan

My guess, without having hands on access to the car, is that you still have intake leaks. Find a shop that can smoke test the intake to find out where the leaks are.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Ok well i took it up to a foreign tech shop and they scanned the car for me and the only code it trough was a coolant temp sensor. With i heard if that was bad i would know how much fuel is coming in so do you think this could be my hasitation
                Thanks Stevan

A bad ECT sensor will result in reduced performance, but it isn't likely to cause a miss a miss or bad hesitation. You need to replace the ECT and have a smoke test run.

Well i tested the resestence and it showed that it was good. But i seems like its could be a wiring problem. With a multi meter i can get just under 5 volts if i go to the brown/red wire and ground to the frame but nothing if i go to the solid brown wire. And connecter 45 on the DME sould be the sensor and i get no resestence there. So i dont know let me know what you think

I have a vacuum leak in my dd that I just haven't had time to find/fix. It has new injectors, new O2 sensor, recently adjusted valves and a new ECT sensor (along with timing belt, water pump and a bunch of other things that don't really effect running conditions). It's an automatic. When I'm at a stopped at a light and it changes to green I get a hesitation for just a second before it takes off.

While the vacuum system on these is pretty simple, they're prone to leaks that dramatically impact running performance. More than likely, you've still got some leaks. I had a really terrible leak from the center intake manifold gasket and oil return tube on my track car. In this video you can actually hear it whistling
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jaAoDvq8tk. It had a stable idle, but was a dog otherwise. You can see in the video that fuel pressure and idle speed are stable, but vacuum was still near zero.

Ah thats probably why my old engine whistled when I took off. People kept asking me if I had a turbo in the thing.

If you don't have continuity from DME connector pin 45 to the ECT connector, damage to the engine wiring harness will be the cause. The brown wire at the ECT connector should show continuity to ground. If it doesn't the odds are damage within the engine harness. Do make sure that you are checking the ECT connector and not the gage connector.
