Firebird, how does the car run with the 885 on a stock early eta bottom end when cold? I've heard it has some issues cold idling with that setup. Also curious what you've done tuning wise, I'll be using a stock 153 DME for the first while. I've got a stock good condition m20b25 I was going to swap in complete but I cant make up my mind. I'm also in a colder climate, my eta bottom end has 350km on it as well.

It started fine for me with the stock tune, but South Florida only get so cold. It runs exceptionally well after making a new chip.

I have since raised the compression, installed larger 4 pintle injectors, and added a bigger exhaust, puts a smile on my face every time it goes for a ride :D

What did you do in upping the compression? Extensive bottom end work or deck the head?

Fuuuuck you make it so tempting to build a 2.7i, but the smart and boring in me says "fuck that shit!".

The sad truth is no matter what I do, the car will never out perform my stock my bike :(
