I run NGK's in pretty much everything. My E36 & '95 Volvo 960 actually take the same plug, so I can keep spares handy, NGK V-powers, BKR6E. I run NGK ZGR5A's in my M20 powered cars. I've had nothing but problems with anything but the $6 each Bosch Silbers in my older M30 cars, and the NGK's ALWAYS work.
NGK. If I had a stock engine I'd run BPR5es, but I want 1 heat range colder so I use BPR6es. the turbo guys like BPR7es (or variants thereof, with and without the resistor).
bosch are ok, I just think NGK are a bit better in this category.
But absolutely NOTHING other than copper core. if you buy into platinum multiple tip marketing BS, I can't help you.
ZGR5A for me...they run way better than the bosch super platinums. The bosch plugs look like they are better quality but they are also more than twice as much money and don't run nearly as good. Still can't beleive I spent 40 bucks on them and had to change them 2 weeks later :?
