    it could possibly be the pump, or regulator. they aren't exactly meant to see pressure as high as what yours was with the clogged return line

      Yea I know it. I'm going to try and check a few more things. I want to make sure it is not an electrical things. So I am goingg to check my connection to the DME. Cause the hesitation and misfire, only happen after the DME goes closed loop. (WARM)

          Walbro 255lph fuel pump FTW! My car feels like new. I had forgot what the upper 2/3 of the rpm range felt like. I am so HAPPY! Thanks everybody who gave advice. Now I can got on to the other things I want to do.

            that's great that you finally got the problem solved man!
            it's my birthday, and i got mine running today
            have a vacuum leak somewhere, and a split flex joint, but it's doing great
