Since several tiny leaks can add up to a sizeable leak, don't assume that you don't have leaks in parts that look to be in good condition.
will a smoke test detect leeks in the brake system?

same thing was happening with my eta and i replaced the intake boot as it was taped up from being ruined - didnt fix the problem so i throttle body cleaned the ICV and it made things better for about a month then started acting up again, so i went to pick n pull and pocketed an ICV and put it on my car and now it idles great just around 900-1000

so, i had the smoke test done today. small leak where the hose from the tb to the vc enters the vc. replaced it. idle dropped some. down to 1000 but still not the 800 that she was before. o sensor next on the list.

I didnt see replacing the TPS on your list. Did you? If not that is probably the cause. The TPS controls the ICV and so the ICV cant do its job if the TPS isnt doing what it should.

                  Did you replace the icv?

Well, I still have a CEL. It says it is O2 related. I think it is still a vacuum leak.

                  It is not:
                  -exhaust leak before O2 sensor
                  -O2 sensor
                  -inatake gaskets
                  -t-body gasket
                  -t-body boot
                  -all vacuum lines look good
                  -breather hose is new

                  What else could it be?
                  Gas cap
                  dip stick
                  brake booster
                  charcol canister

How can you check these things?

The CEL only comes on when idleing. It stays on when I drive though. Could the tps, ICV or idle setting be causing a CEL? It idles right around where it should now.
