Can anyone tell me what this little box thing is with two fuse or resistor looking things in it is? It has two wires going into it on my car but no wires coming out Car is an 87 325e with a build date of 11/86, Any help is appreciated.

No spark and no fuel pump operation (and no injector firing) could be:
No timing data to the DME
A DME power or ground issue
A bad DME
But the coil is powered directly from the ignition switch Via C101. So if there is no power to the coil the investigation should focus there as that circuit also supplies the START signal to the DME.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

update. fuel pump relay isnt getting signal from the main relay. The relay has constant power and ground to the dme. just no voltage from main relay. tested the main relay the way the bently manual says to and it states to replace relay if it has power here and ground here. so replace relay still not sending power to fuel relay. Anyone know where the wire from the main relay to the fuel relay goes? Dme? Bentley isnt really helping much
