    Thanks for the responses.

    blocke,
will you post your last few smog results, please, and indicate when the new cat was installed and then the test that reflects the Miller system?

      Here ya go:

I don't have a scan of the 3rd test that was run with the maf on, but it passed.
It wouldn't affect your numbers, it's just a visual thing.

Thank you, blocke. It's good to see we're still using 767 NOx, too. I'm sitting at 766 so trying to get that figured out before I make any changes :|

New cat VS a 20 year old cat does wonders. Better do it at some point anyway, Cali smog laws are only getting tighter so that they can get old cars off the roads. A new cat will at least keep you in the game longer than our OE ones.

That number was last year, two years after the new cat.

Except you have a better chance of passing with a GOOD original cat than one of these garbage replacement cats that exhaust shops are throwing on cars these days. The cheapo replacements are only good for the first smog test most of the time.

How much should one expect to pay for a decent aftermarket cat? Or do any exist?

I have come back with some news.

Just installed my 19lb injectors and maf. I couldn't be any happier. Throttle response is amazing. Idk if its in my head, but i feel like my car has a little more power top end.

I do recommend this to anyone.

                    Also ,

If you plan on doing this, change your fuel filter & fuel lines. I did all to make sure the car doesn't run lean with this chip. It helped a lot too.

Fuel filter and fuel lines are maintenance items. ;) They should be done as needed, regardless.

Do you have an AFR guage, and did the larger injectors need any change in fuel pressure to meet the 19lb flow rate?

                          Nope, I don't have a AFR

It runs perfect with rebuilt injectors , fuel filter and fuel lines.
