m20 still wont run (video inside)

I cant get my m20 to run. It kind of sounds like it is only running on one cylinder.
I checked all the spark plugs for the third time and they are all working. All the plug wires are wired correctly. The injectors all have the right resistance and every injector port on the harness makes my noid light flash. I have all the sensors plugged in correctly.
Here is a short clip of what I can get the m20 to do.

You can here one cylinder firing but thats about it.
Is there a possibility that the injectors are still not firing correctly even though all my tests were positive? Could this problem be caused by me using 19# injectors?
    Any ideas?

    yergh that sounds scary

I forget if late-model e30s use low or high-impedance injectors, and I'm not sure what kind Mustang injectors are. Do you have the stock ones? Try using those?

        AMF plugged in?

injectors attached correctly? make sure it goes through the loop, then the nut then the plug.

        shoot some pics.

        plug wires on cap correctly?

or worst, timing belt done right?

check ignition coil, fuel pressure, and CPS.

mine wont start w/o it being connected.

also are your fuel lines hooked up correctly?

my m20 starts just fine with no afm connected. My guess is timing or piston damage.

Do you have the injectors connected to their corresponding plugs? I remember i crossed the cylinder 3 and 4, and it ran like crap. That harness splits in two under the intake manifold, three plugs for cylinders 1-3 and three for cylinders 4-6, maybe you got it backwards.

Not sure what you are talking about when it comes to the injector harness...
Plug wires are on tight and all correct. I have checked them three times.
I guess it could be the timing :???:

What should the fuel pressure be at? I have an adjustable FPR. I have it at 40psi right now. Coil is good. I have done an OHM check on it.

Fuel lines are correct. If they were wrong the car would not start at all.

Could be timing, but definitely not piston damage. Just had the engine rebuilt.

My injector harness runs through a plastic case just like the one the plug wires go through to keep them in order. It is in kind of a menorah shape and everything ends in one plug under the intake manifold. Pluging them in wrong would be very hard.
This is what mine looks like.

Better to connect the afm and everything and check for leaks as mine also wont run w/o afm

Did you pull the plug to see if they are wet with fuel? 19lbs injectors with stock chip have been known to cause starting problems.

                          Fuel, Air, Spark, Compression.

Sounds like you have tested for fuel, save the injectors.

Now you should double check for spark at the spark plug itself. Not sure if you did this.

Compression good? then I would start checking things like sensors that need to be working like the CPS for example.

As a part of the injector installation did you change the chip in the DME for one tuned for 19lb injectors? You should have.

The next most likely cause would be intake leaks.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
