      Well I readjusted the valves this mourning they all had a bit to much gap but cylinder 4s was way out of adjustment http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmgnN...e_gdata_player they sound a lot know

        More often than not, when Ive adjusted my valves Ive found at least one of the lock nuts stripped and therefore unwilling to hold the adjustment. They are M6x.75 & I try to keep spares handy as a "best practice" since they are typically not easy to find on short notice.

          yeah, recently adjusted mine and its not quite that noisy but still some chatter...had the adjustment checked by a BMW shop (out of lack of confidence) and they said I was good...gonna put some 10w 40 in her tomorrow and call it a day
          may you rest in peace, or pieces, whichever comes first

              This is what seems to be whats wrong with mine.

              I took it to get smogged the other day and when i pulled up the guy asked me "Isnt this a deisel?"

              A deisel.

              I hung my head in shame.
              Everyone gets diarrhea. Remember that.
