This is all wrong.
Super Eta crank and rods are the same as Eta parts. The Super Eta pistons are specific to the Super Eta, and the Super Eta engine uses the 885 head casting.
take a seta and destroke it with b25 crank and piston goes 3mm down bore 81-75 / 2 = 3mm with eta/seta rod. try using a b25 rod +5mm and you are 2mm above the deck.
this is not a good idea and not worth pursueing though in theory you could get either to work if you wanted

Ah I see then what read was wrong thats what I understood as to why the seta bottom was desirable for the head swap
It's desirable for the 885 i head swap because the Super Eta engine was designed using the 885 head casting as well. The only difference is the Super Eta 885 head had a more mild cam and single valve springs.
