diego, i kinda like the blue block, though i agree with jordan about the overspray, and im not sure why anyone would paint a pressure plate any color but whatever. i think youve got a great engine on the way and i think matt has it right you probly will have one of the most powerful m20s out there.
Jordan is right about Mtechnic as well, the ///M motorsport branch is its own section completely seperate from Mtechnic stuff, correct me if im mistakin but you have mtech 2 stuff on your car which i think is from Mtechnic stuff.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

My car came with the ///M badge in the trunk, Jordan as many others said to take it off because it's dumb have stuff like that i a non M e30. I like the ///M stuff in my car. I'm was just pointing what Jordan said about takign off "M stuff" while he has similar stuff. ( colors of the stripe and the "M", no mather is it's followed by the Technic word or not).
Probably you are right, but M-Technic can't be coincidense with a the separate branch "///M motor sport divison", it's a derivated or whatever you want to call it, but focused like for public, street use or whatever you want to define it.:D
like I said, the overspray was my mistake and I will remove it as soon as I have a chance. It's not big deal anyways and won't hurt any HP:pEuro M3'87 NogaroSilver/Euro E34 M5 '93/Porsche 993 TT 97' Euro/Porsche 993 Carrera 95' Euro/Skyline R33 GT-R

sorry nando, I missed it.Originally posted by nandodiego you didn't answer my question. :(
You have to make a custom sleeve for the nose, the m50b30 doesn't bring while the m20 do since have to seal the timing cover.
Here are some pics of it while I was checking for fitmen. I will do a write up when my engine is totally done.

So how come you could buy a M325i? It wasn't a M car but just a normal 325i with a few options ticked, eg Mtec kit, LSD etc, and M badges.
Point is M badges don't mean shit, and never have. Hell, dealers are sticking M badges on E46 318s to get rid of them. Does that make them Motorsport cars? Doubt it.
M = marketing

There was an option badge sold when the cars were new in the options list so who cares get over it. A car is an expression of the owner not of the banter here to make the car look the same no matter what.Last edited by SchnellerVert; 12-09-2005, 08:17 AM.Comment

Diego, I don't care what anyone says, that car of yours is absolutely HOT. I love the color, I love the custom airdam. Personally, I like the blue. And if YOU like it, who the hell cares. I'm probably going to be using blue as a color under the hood since I don't have the red/black color scheme anymore. I think blue will work better for me as a contrast color with white. I'm not a big fan of much else other than silver.
Also, I'd love to keep some tabs on what you're doing with your stroker because I'm also in the process of doing a 3.0l turbo. I need to double check on my piston specs but it also has the s50b30 crank and rods and I'll be mating it with a Metric Mechanic HiFlow ST performance head.
I just picked up a 524td manifold (first part of the turbo setup), any ideas on what kind of flow rate or efficiency I can expect from that? I know having a tubular manifold would be better and have a better bling factor, but I'm just trying to get the thing off the ground. I also ask about the flow rate because I do not presently have access to a flow bench.- Jason

The 524td manifold flows like shit and I wouldn't put it together with a 3.0L Stroker.
I'm building my custom equal lenght manifold split pulse type to achieve the maximum eficiency and power as possible. All this with many mods I have done in the engine and the head.
The equal lenght manifold, imported from the Finalnd in the states is arround $550-$650 last I know and are great.
My car looks like this right now...

EDIT: This is what you would like to get:
