Well, i think it's really sad.

    - You are building something and really putting an effort in to it and some jackasses are whining about some colour. Well, bhp wasn't made from the color of the block ;)

                - Ok, the camshaft, then you just need to mount the head back together or?

Yup, since it's not mounted int he block I will just wait till arrive it and then will put the head back on the block, it's much easier work with a swap camshaft and rockers arms than being installed in the engine.

                    So true.

I would not do that without removing the head. Witch is kinda easy. Perhaps im lazy nowdays? ;)

The only thing I'd be worried about is the fairly skinny cylinder walls with the 1mm oversize. Might give you troubles if you go for really high boost levels.

Why did you you weld across* the coolant passage?
I did a search and didnt find any thing about it.

                            Thanks

To keep the head from bendning and flexing, and increasing the area of the gasket near the water channels.

                                Update

Well another update...I finished the turbo header finally and just need a coat oz zinc and some heat wrapp.
It's just a "test" fit after welding the whole pipes and fitted pretty good.
Next thing is to wrapp or cover some part of the shock tower and arround it with some aluminum sheet I have laying arround.
