Urgent help needed m20 head bolts

so im swapping to the torx style

1.shoud i COMPLETE each bolt before movin on (22ft lbs-90-90)
or just 22 then 90 then come back

    2. the top left hex bolt ame out COVERED in oil and while re installing the torx it feels like there is fluid in there, I think this because while finger threading in the new bolt i will feel resistance then it goes away as if there was fluid being compressed then seeping up the bolt....help?>

Are you just swapping head bolts or have you removed the head ?

The holes MUST BE DRY or you will crack your block from the hydraulic pressure

When just replacing the bolts, you do each one all the way. The threads in the block really need to chased and they must be clean of any contaminates. A regular thread chasing tap isn't long enough, so you weld an extension on.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

You can spray brake cleaner down in them and blow them out(watch your eyes) or you can find long stemmed qtip like swabs to clean out the oil. Definitely clean them out or you can crack the block.

If you replace the headbolts only, do you follow the removal sequence (from end) or tightening sequence (from center). Should it be done when the engine is cold or at operating temperature?

I would do it cold and doesn't really matter the order as everything is settled and clamped but cant hurt to follow the normal torque sequence and torque each one fully as you go.
