If the tune is intended for the 19lb injectors I don't see it being an issue!

The whole point of getting the Miller kit was to replace my junk AFM, I already had the 19#ers/MarkD combo and it was great. I really don't want to revert back to a stock system because I'd have to buy injectors and a new AFM.

Sorry Matt, can you clarify your statement a bit? Are you implying there is interchangability between 19lb and 17.5 lb injectors? Or that my chip should handle the 19s?
Being a little older and a little wiser, it seems obvious that these tuners are just selling a product for which there is demand, and not necessarily a benefit. I thought the point You and Jim were making was that 19s are complete overkill. And I'm thinking that even with a tune, the injector PW near idle is just too short to deliver the right amount of fuel (idles rich). I'm suspecting a leaking injector, thus, if I'm gonna go through that whole process, I'll just get M50 bits and ship those off for cleaning.--Will

use which ever injectors the tune was done with or something with a small deviation. so that means use 19lb on the miller setup that was done with 19lb in mind.
when you are talking turbo engines using 40+lb then you might worry about a slightly smaller PW at idle but with 19 it is managable if done correctly.
19lb is overkill because there is heaps of margin so at WOT you aren't gonna be at the best duty cycle and a smaller injector would89 E30 325is Lachs Silber - currently M20B31, M20B33 in the works, stroked to the hilt...
