Car won't crank help me !!

So me and a friend are installing a turbo on my m20 we installed everything and went to start it but it won't crank and windows don't roll down also the blower motor don't turn on ?? Then a wrench falls and it touches the manifold and the body and it grounds and the windows work so we try to crank and it cranks but if we move the wrench car goes back to being dead :/ ...

Can it be a bad ground but we didn't mess with it or could it be the starter ?

    Please help !!

Check all grounds and if needed add another ground. Check fuses. Does the engine turn over at all? Does the starter click?

You have to give us more info, simply saying "my car won't start" isn't going to give us much to help you with.

Car will click and crank if there's something touching the manifold to the chassi ..

I will add another ground see if that's it ..

Check ground that goes from the engine (drivers side, where oil pan meets block in the front) to the side of the engine bay.

Clean up the contacts, sand them till they're shiny, both on the strap and where it contacts the engine and body.

Additionally, clean the strap that connects the starter solenoid to the starter motor (where it contacts the solenoid and motor), then clean the positive and ground wire contacts going to the starter solenoid.

Because the solenoid clicks, this is a corroded contact issue, cleaning all that should solve your issue unless an actual wire is fucked. Then you just need to buy whichever wire it is.

Oh! And make sure your battery contacts are clean, as well as the power distribution in the front passenger side of the firewal.
