    Charging problem

So I've found that the wires from my alternator to the starter are cracked and nasty, even missing insulation in places. I'm guessing this is why I'm only charging at 11v. Alternator has a new regulator also.

Anyways, I'm going to replace the words this weekend but I'm having a hard time finding the appropriate gauge to use.

Can anyone tell me the wire size?

Does someone on the forum sell these for a reasonable price?

    Thanks!

20sqmm between the junction block and starter, 10sqmm between starter and alternator.

      Thanks Dave!

I sucked it up and after pricing the wire, terminals, solder, shrink wrap, etc... It was cheaper to just buy them from Gregs///M.

Your kit goes out tomorrow morning! I'll send you the upgraded set, you should notice a decrease in crank time to start your engine and more stable electrical charging.
