    1988 325is running poorly

So i went to school, drove fine. Going back home, started fine but idled rough and drove like its a subaru Do you guys know what may have caused my car to run improper, i mean it sounds like its running on 2 cylinders. I tried my best to diagnose it but i have not a clue.

Just replaced plugs last week, Spark is present in all cylinders. Im leaning towards a fuel issue. Could it be fuel relay/filter/pump? I would appreciate if you guys chimed in with some answers. Thanks in advance.

What plugs did you use? The best choice now is NGK ZGR5A's.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

i've blown 2 head gaskets and every time they make the M20 sound like a subi engine.

Hmm. Kinda sounds the same. Will do a compression test when i get home later. How hard is it to replace hg for these engines?

it takes me 4 hours if i have a refinished head to put on. otherwise 3days bc of machining time.

you will need to get it machined and pressure tested. and new oil seals. at this time i always regrind the seats. and check valve lash.

I dont think its the HG

                    Compression numbers : 150 130 150 125 123 125

No coolant/oil mixture in the tank either.

I forgot to mention there is a loss of power also.

You must have really did a number to get those to fly off!
The one line on the left is to the ICV, unless you're refering to the one in front of it that goes to your valve cover. The two on the right combine and go to the brake booster.

It could have been the vibration from the exhaust, musta shimmied off :p

I was referring to the ones on the right. Looks like I have to take a trip to the jy
