            So I bought a 3lbs telescoping magnet and could not grab anything in the pan. So I ended up starting the engine and driving around a bit....it didn't blow up.

            So I went back and changed my oil (I only had about 30 miles since I changed it last week lol) and there was that pesky washer stuck to the drain plug.

                Won't break anything. The oil pump has a mesh filter on it, worst that can happen is it gets sucked up onto the filter
