Running super lean what else should I check?

Dyno said my AFR starts at 18 and progressively drops to 14.5, so way lean.

Related mods: M30 AFM, big bore throttle body, 19# injectors, no cat, Mark'd chip and ssquid chips

I have checked or done the following:
    1. New plugs
    2. New fuel filter
    3. New oem FPR and pressure checks out (3bar at relay)
    4. Fuel pump checks out, 30oz in 30 sec per Bentley
    5. 3 different performance chips.
    6. ran some sea foam through system

I'm thinking Injectors next? Could be clogged beyond sea foam's ability? Could have a leaking o-ring letting in extra air?

Currently getting parts together for an AFR gauge so I can mess with things like the M30 afm and injectors to watch my ratios without paying a dyno.

Could the dyno be off on its measurement? Otherwise, clogged injector(s)? Use one of the infrared laser temp gauges and shoot each exhaust runner and look for the cold or hot one(s).

Are the chips specifically mapped for the M30 AFM?

Are you watching fuel pressure while on the dyno?

now, sometimes I just mess with people. It's more entertaining that way. george graves

The chips are programmed for m30 afm and 19# injectors. I did not watch fuel pressure on the dyno. :(

Getting o2 bung welded on tomorrow. Waiting for wideband o2 sensor from fellow r3v'er. Getting a laser infrared temp sensor tomorrow from a friend to check that. I'm thinking it's an injector issue but we'll see.

Have you messed with the spring tension on the afm yet? Also check fuel pressure.

My guess is that the AFR was high below about 4500rpm and then normal. Which I have seen before with bad DME's.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

No I have not messed with the spring tension on the afm yet, just the idle air screw, so I may try that once I get the AFR gauge hooked up. Fuel pressure is good, 3 bar jumping the relay, 2.5 at idle, back up to 3 bar @ WOT..

They have not as far as I know and this is what I was thinking of trying next.

Here you go scanned it in. @4500 I'm still at 16, but take a look still think it's DME?

Looks like M30 AFM was the problem. I opened it up to adjust the spring and it didnt help. I put in an M20 AFM and switched my chip to match and now my AFRs look closer to normal.
