once over 100 it doesn't mean anything if i understand correctly as it doesnt relate to what the engine wants for fueling

the injector is continuously open all that matters is how lean it got thats how much excess air there was. if it got to stoich then for 13:1 add 10% plus 20% to get it to 80% duty

the injector wont work consistently at 100%

mine made 225whp on 24lb at 78% duty IIRC, my 30lb run at 65% (12.1ms 6000rpm) with same level of power

It did go over 14 a few instances. Looking through the logs now. Was wondering why we got a stutter a couple times at high RPM. We only did about 7 pulls and a couple of them weren't full. There's a couple places the duty was much higher and the AFR's spike as if the injector just stopped firing.

EDIT: Found one log to be at 146.2% DC lol

I'd get 30lb it didn't go any leaner than 14 so probably doesnt need the 126% pulse width duty that was used/requested in the tune.
The only reason for higher would be to ensure the injection event happens entirely within a window on the intake stroke when doing injection timing in relation to cam duration

Thinking about 36lb to give some room, 850c would be a bit overkill lol.

24's might do it, but want to leave some margin.

It does. 100% duty at 5500 and you can see the graph go lean after. :(

Doesn't look like it needs much more than that! 8^)

Probably could use an adjustable gear with the block and head being shaved, but it doesn't have one. Probably just going to keep it simple, put larger injectors in and call it a day.

Very nice! The video doesn't do justice to the sounds of ITBs

You still have cam timing and trumpet lengths you can play with?

What trumpets to the RHD kits use? I'm looking for trumpets on my N52 but I haven't really settled on anything.
It's not over yet ;) Injector DC was 100% by ~5k. You can see the AFR's go lean after there, at 7k they were at 126.6%. Not sure I want to try 24lb and all the 33 and 36's we have didn't pass a flow test.

Thanks! It sounds so amazing, video does it no justice. This is the customer referred to us by IE :)

    That is amazing!!!!

You have me debating between doing ITBs on my E36 and buying an E30 and building a wild M20 car, leaning heavily towards the M20.
