I have the same problem with my s eta head 885, schrick assymetric cam intended to 325i m20b25.

89 E30 325is Lachs Silber - currently M20B31, M20B33 in the works, stroked to the hilt...

you need to repliacte the m20b25 head
this is a M20B25 head. the red holes on your head are probably missing and need to be added
This is a M20B27 SETA head like you have. the green holes are not on the M20B25 but these can be left as is. add the red holes.
this is the ETA cam you can see the middle journal and journal 2 and 6 are missing and the full 360 degree groove is on the 3 and 5 journals (green holes transfer oil from one rocker shaft to the other through the cam groove on the ETA and SETA engines)
The m20b25 cam has only a single full 360 degree groove on the middle (no4 journal)
the holes are drilled on an angle simply replicate the existing angled holes89 E30 325is Lachs Silber - currently M20B31, M20B33 in the works, stroked to the hilt...

Correct the important part is the hole between the journal and rocker shaft bore . The hole on top is blocked off by the shaft. The hole must align with hole in the rocker shaft so it’ requires precision.89 E30 325is Lachs Silber - currently M20B31, M20B33 in the works, stroked to the hilt...

Ok, last time- I need to be clear. Are you sure you marked the holes properly?
Seta head already has the hole in the middle journal between camshaft and rocker shaft on the exhaust side „B” but it’s not visible on the top.
Seta head doesn’t have any hole in place „A”, should it be?
Seta camshaft has the oil passage on journal 3rd and 5th, camshaft from b25 has the oil passage on 4th journal.
Please take a look at my drafts.
My conclusions are following:
In b25 head oil comes to the intake arm shaft ONLY through the middle - 4th journal.
In SETA head oil comes to the intake arm through 3rd and 5th journal.
Puting b25 camshaft into the SETA head without drilling holes will cause total lack of oil in the intake arm shaft and on the camshaft.
Do I understand this issue correctly?

Hole C should be required on all heads, it gets oil from bolt hole to the exh rocker shaft. i dont think you can have C without D

yes, you also need hole "A" so that oil gets into the inlet rocker shaft.
Hole C should be required on all heads, it gets oil from bolt hole to the exh rocker shaft. i dont think you can have C without D
Hole B there needs to be an oil passage from exh rocker shaft to the camshaft main groove
One more thing, do you think that leaving stock holes on the exh side on 3rd and 5th journal will not cause any problems, like oil preasure for ex? It seems like camshaft will have double oil portion here.
