Well I'm pretty sure my ICV is failing, anyone rebuild these?

That isn't melted, it's just covered in dirt and oil. Try scraping it off. Bet it comes right off.

If your TPS isn't working or isn't adjusted correctly, the stomp test won't work as the ECU needs to see a throttle closed and WOT signal. If it doesn't see one or the other (or both) it won't work.

Just tried to, it's legit melted. I'm replacing it because I've never been able to get the stomp test to work
