chipped and 19 lb injectors, won't start.

I recently removed my intake manifold to have it painted and while it was off I installed a 91 octane 19b fuel injector chip from sssquid. I also installed brand new 19 lb fuel injectors. I reassembled everything, all new gaskets, and made sure absolutely all electrical connections were plugged back in. The car refuses to start. Sometimes if i let it sit overnight it will fire up but then dies right away. It sounds like its very close to starting when cranking but just can't get over the hump. any advice would be awesome, thanks in advance.

Make sure you reinstalled the fuel hoses on the hard lines correctly, it's very common to hook them up backwards.
