Hey all, I've got a strong waterfall coming out of the front of my engine after leaving it mostly floored for 5 minutes (cable snagged and I was in the very worst place for that). It's collecting in the cave thing right under the cam gear and dripping from there, but every hose and the thermo housing near it are dry. The head to the left and right of this cave is dry. Anything put in between there above the head gasket will pool on top so it's not the head gasket.
I'm not sure the degree of overheating because my gauge didn't show anything weird / isn't trustworthy anyway, but the hissing noise coming from the opening in the reservoir bottle was obviously too loud to be a good sign.
No need to turn it on or anything, the instant water gets to that height it'll spit out. Does this cave have some sort of seal or is it likely my 885 head cracked?
