    Fuel Injector electrical connectors

So what's the preferred method of removing the electrical connectors from the injectors? M20 325is.

You can just pull the whole connector rail straight off. It might help to tilt the rail up and down slightly while you're pulling on it to help get the clips over the nibs on the injector connections. Use both hands to pull evenly on the rail.

i just did this about an hour ago haha.
use a pick to pry the locking clip out and up slightly and the connector will come right off. theres a small gap on each side of the connector were you can insert an angles pick to pry it out.

Apparently you don't need to use a pick even though that's what I've been doing (and struggling with) for 10 years. All you need to do is pull on it.

The wiggle method worked nicely. Thanks. I didn't want to break any aging plastic clips.
