    Stainless Racing Manifold

A couple of months ago, I was thinking about installing a stainless racing manifold header on my son's 1986 325es. I was open for advice from the forum. Most owners told me not to do it, since the original header is better.Any changes or improvements with the horsepower?

The cheap ones don't fit. At all.

If you want more power, swap the head.

nrubenstein. I have an "i" head compete with wires and everything. I was looking for advice on the web and people said that it was not plug and play. They said there was a lot of stuff in between swapping the "e" to "i". If you have an instructional for plug and play, I'd be happy to swap the head. My so and I just swapped the transmission from automatic to manual.
